Suresh was a skilled dairy farm worker who struggled to support a family of five.

Any hope of progress was devoured by high-interest loans and unreliable crop work. Through CAM Network B4M business training and coaching by a Christ in Asia ambassador, he leveraged his expertise to set up his own dairy farm. With a buffalo and an investment of $800 from CAM’s micro finance program for farm setup, brother Suresh now plans to turn a sustainable profit.

But his impact goes beyond individual triumphs - Suresh is being mentored to share his knowledge, creating a ripple effect of empowerment in his community. By equipping individuals like Suresh with the right tools and guidance, B4M is actually helping to transform lives and strengthen local economies.

Ashraful lives in a village in Northern India. A Christ in Asia ambassador witnessed to Ashraful and gave him a Bible.

Ashraful received salvation after hearing a teaching of Jesus’ words in John 8:32: "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free." A Christ in Asia ambassador regularly mentored him in his new faith and eventually empowered Ashraful to lead a house church in his village!

Ashraful also trains other upcoming Christian leaders how to lead Discovery Bible Studies (DBS), share the gospel and start other house churches. When people believe, Ashraful immediately baptizes them and helps train them in DBS.

By raising up local Christian leaders like Ashraful, Christ in Asia Ministries is enabling the kingdom of God to spreading from village to village in this region of Northern India.

“My name is Sanat Mondal and my journey began in a small town where education was limited, and I was hopeless.”

“A miraculous turn of events came during a flood in our area when our family was unemployed and had no food. A CAM network team member came to distribute food and share the transformative Word of God. As I immersed myself in the Bible, I put my faith in Jesus Christ and found the clarity, purpose, and peace I was looking for.

Determined to share my newfound faith with others, I joined a local school as a teacher. There, I share academic knowledge and the eternal truths of the Gospel with children. My mission is to disciple the next generation, preparing obedient, faithful, and righteous servants of Jesus Christ!”

Through spreading the healing power of the gospel, Christ in Asia Ministries is acting as a cataylst to activate people in their giftings. This is changing communities throughout South Asia.

Sahil’s journey began in a poor family that worshiped monkeys. Growing up in a tough environment, he faced significant challenges and turned to alcohol as a teenager.

By the age of 15, he left home, driven by the need for work and food.A few years passed and he married Rachana. They started a family. However, his struggles with addiction made life difficult, and their future seemed bleak. In 2013, Sahil met an ambassador of Christ in Asia Ministries, who introduced him to Jesus. This encounter sparked a change in him, but it took four years of gradual transformation before he decided to fully commit to his faith and be baptized.

This decision came with severe consequences. His parents, unable to accept his new beliefs, rejected him, leaving him feeling isolated and abandoned. His older brothers, driven by fear and shame, sought to kill him, forcing Sahil into hiding. The weight of these losses was heavy, yet he persevered in his discipleship.

In 2022, Sahil became a board member of the Christ in Asia Ministries, and he and Rachana became key leaders in the disciple-making movement network. Reflecting on his journey, he said, “Becoming a follower of Christ is like moving from living in a pond to living in the ocean. My world is now so enlarged.” Together, they are now working to initiate a movement across five districts in West Bengal, sharing their story and inspiring others to find hope and change.

During one of Christ in Asia Ministries’ Discovery Bible Studies, a woman named Kakoli Mujundar came in crying.

She told the Christ in Asia ambassador that she had lost her husband in a very short time and was struggling to provide for her family. She was at her breaking point. Our coordinator and BDS group member prayed with her and she rededicated her life to Jesus. The work was only just starting, because Kakoli then received tremendous support from the group, allowing her begin walking out her full potential.

Today, Kakoli Mujundar is not just a member of our Christ in Asia network; she has become an integral part of the Christian church! Kakoli attends a DBS group and runs two more DBS groups in her local community.
